Goods receiving: Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

General Information for Deliveries

Please read the location-specific instructions below carefully and use the corresponding Google Maps link for your delivery destination to ensure accurate navigation. Important information:

• All trucks must be equipped with a tail lift (liftgate). Deliveries without a tail lift cannot be unloaded.

• Both warehouse locations are equipped with a video doorbell at the entrance. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival to notify our warehouse staff.

Enter through Gate C and reverse the truck until just before the canopy. There is a video doorbell at the door — please ring and wait for a response.

Enter through Gate D and drive up the ramp to the parking deck. At the back on the left, you will find the entrance to Spielzeug3 AG.

Please note that a parking ticket is required throughout the entire premises!
